About Dave

I am an experienced executive leader and consultant with a career spanning public education, nonprofit leadership, and organizational consulting.

I have served as a superintendent, executive director, chief operating officer, and principal consultant, working closely with boards and leadership teams to solve complex organizational challenges.

My work is informed by firsthand experience leading systems, managing change, and operating within the political and human realities of mission-driven organizations. I understand the pressures leaders face because I have lived them.
